When can I enroll?

• • All employees:  during Open Enrollment from 5/5/2025 to 5/16/2025
  • New Hires:  during the month of your date of hire

How do I enroll?

• • • Call US Enrollment Services Enrollment Center
      • • Phone: 215-486-6269
        • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am -8:00pm EST (closed on major holidays)

When will my benefits be effective?

• • Open Enrollment elections and changes:  7/1/2025
  • Admin, Confidential and Professional New Hires: date of hire (voluntary benefits will be effective the1st of the month following date you enroll)
  • Support Staff New Hires:  the 1st of the month following the first month you work 20 days (voluntary benefits will be effective the1st of the month following date you enroll)

What if I have a qualifying event after Open Enrollment and need to make changes to my benefits?

• • Contact your Human Resources Department, within 31 days of the qualifying life event, to notify them of the event. They will instruct you on how to make the changes.
